Tai Chi Chuan
is primarily an advanced martial art,
which, in comparison to many other types
of self-defence systems, is also very
much concerned about keeping the
practitioner fit and healthy physically,
emotionaly and in spirit.
At first, the movements
are slow and more meditative, but as one
progresses in the art, one builds
agility, speed and power until one
realises why TaiChi is termed by many as
the Ultimate Way.
TaiChi Principle can then
be applied to everyday activities to
bring about a more balanced aproach to
the way we do things and react
emotionally.

TaiChi exercises are vast. If practiced

adhere to ChiKong principles (an
integral part of Chinese Medicine),
