Come and
master the art of self preservation and
longevity with Chi
Kong exercise. Similar to TaiChi movements,
Chi Kong offers self-healing tools that will
strengthen your immune system, improve your
balance, coordination and flexibility. The
movements are easy and gentle, yet very
powerful and effective. This is one of the
safest way to improve your cardiovascular
abilities.
In the next few group sessions we shall be
concentrating on the Autumn/Winter exercise series
- part of the ongoing
Seasonal ChiKong Exercise set - which
affects all body functions but is more focused on the
Immune System, Lungs, Large Intestine,
Kidneys and Bladder.
In parallel,
workshops are given on an irregular basis
