Clinic deals with acute orthopedic problems,
allowing you the freedom to move onto the next stage
of fitness using TaiChi & ChiKong techniques to
permanently improve your physical and emotional
state. Once you start taking care of yourself and
create a healthy mind-body balance, you are free to
concentrate on the next vital step which is self
actualization and satisfying your soul, using tools
such as meditation as described in old Jewish
religious texts authored by great Rabbis and mentors
such as
Maimonides, R. Hayim Vital, the Admor
of Piaseczno, R. Moshe Cordevero, R. Nahman of
Bretzlav as well as Rav Kook in more recent times.
